What is the returns and refund policy?

UK Mainland customers who are not happy with their purchases or just have a change of mind may return their products within 14 days for a full refund. Any purchases that have been used, are not in a resalable condition, or are not returned including original packaging will not be refunded.

How do I return items?

Once you have notified us of your wish to return please post your item to the below address and include a note with your order number and reason for returning inside the package.

I have received my item and it is damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us to notify us of any issue with your product. We aim to be in touch with you within 3 working days and advise you how we will deal with your issue or if you need to return to us.

All orders are dispatched same day if ordered before 1pm Monday – Friday and will be dispatched using a Tracked next working day service.

Free UK delivery on all orders over £40 UK Mainland not including the Channel Islands

Rest of Europe

Cost: £25.00 P&P
All orders are dispatched next working day if ordered before 1pm
Sent via DHL Europe by road – Signed and tracked

Rest of World

Cost: £42 P&P
All orders are dispatched next working day if ordered before 1pm
Sent via DHL Express International – Signed and tracked
