How do you use a wax melt burner?
Simply place your favourite wax melts into the warmer dish. Pop a tealight underneath and light it. The flame of the tealight heats the wax, melting it to release the fragrance.
The tealight will extinguish after approximately 4 hours of burning and the wax will cool and solidify ready to use again. Alternatively blow the tealight out.
How do you get melted wax out of a burner?
When the wax melt has been used for its burn time and you can no longer smell the fragrance simply heat the wax using a tealight, when the wax is fully melted use cotton wool to mop up the wax and clean the dish ready for your new wax melt. You can also warm the wax gently by lighting a tealight and warming just enough to pop the wax out whole. Please do not attempt to remove hard wax using a sharp object as this can result in damaging your wax burner or injury!
