Returns & Refunds
What is the returns and refund policy?

UK Mainland customers who are not happy with their purchases or just have a change of mind may return their products within 14 days for a full refund. Any purchases that have been used, are not in a resalable condition, or are not returned including original packaging will not be refunded.

- Please note, if a refund is requested due to non-delivery due to an address issue or incorrect address entered when ordering the refund will be for the items only and postage charges will not be refunded.

- If an order has received free delivery, and a return is actioned on part of the order, the cost of delivery will be deducted from a refund if it falls below the free delivery order value amount.

How do I return items?

Once you have notified us of your wish to return please post your item to the below address and include a note with your order number and reason for returning inside the package.

I have received my item and it is damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us to notify us of any issue with your product. We aim to be in touch with you within 3 working days and advise you how we will deal with your issue or if you need to return to us.
