When you place an order online for a Gift Card, you will receive an email containing a unique gift card code which the gift card recipient can use to redeem its value at checkout. The gift card can be used on multiple orders until the full value has been spent.

Delivery
All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days from placing your order.
 
£3.50 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 (3-5 working days delivery after dispatch)
£4.00 for Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days delivery after dispatch) 

For larger orders we may use an alternative door to door courier service.

Returns
What is the returns and refund policy?

UK Mainland customers who are not happy with their purchases or just have a change of mind may return their products within 14 days for a full refund. Any purchases that have been used, are not in a resalable condition, or are not returned including original packaging will not be refunded.

How do I return items?

Once you have notified us of your wish to return please post your item to the below address and include a note with your order number and reason for returning inside the package.

I have received my item and it is damaged, what do I do?
